 Jesus final instruction to his disciples was to go into all the world and make disciples.  That mission has been passed on to us.  How do we live it out?

The story of Christ does not end on the cross or in the grave.  Jesus rose from the dead as a testament to His power to breath new life into us.  Will we choose to leave the old behind and live a new life in Him?

In our busy world with our hectic lives it is so easy and common for the important things to be put on hold for the sake of the urgent things.  This cautionary tale reminds us that there are somethings that we simply can’t afford to put off til tomorrow.

Many people miss the God’s great banquet simply because they never receive an invite.  How can we extend God’s invitation to those around us and prepare them to meet the King?

Sometimes the actions of the religiously devout can actually keep others away from God.  How can we avoid doing things that become a barrier between other people and God?

The forgiveness and mercy we have received from God must be extended to others, but so often we are blind to our own double standards, just like the man in this story, many times with much the same consequences.

A clearer vision of Jesus radically changed the disciples.   How might we clear our vision and experience the same kind of radical change in our lives?
