The Fruit of the Spirit is Peace – Galatians 5:22-23

The fruit worth waiting for.

Paul reminds us that our citizenship is not of this world and therefore we should live like foreigners. Philippians 1:27-20, 3:20-21, 4:8-9

Renewed by God: Worship Brings Renewal.  All the other Worship Realities have brought us to this point.  Through worship God is restoring us to our original glory and beauty and function.  

Through God’s love and Jesus’ death we can one day be like Him but the process of transformation starts ‘now’.  Real children of God can be identified by their behavior – does it look like God or not?

What does it mean for God to be our Father?  The answer affects the way we approach and respond to Him.  The truth impacts the way He responds to us.

The nativity story is filled with good guys and bad guys and, most importantly, the hero we so desperately needed to come save us!

What does it look like when we rely on God to provide for our needs?  The answer is found in what we do with the things He has given us.

The path of self indulgence may have more in common with self righteous piety than we initially recognize.  In fact, course correction may come more easily for the careless one than it does for the confiedent one.  Learning to avoid either extreme will move us closer to the heart of the Father and position us […]
