Jesus helps the disciples catch 153 fish then has a heart to heart with Peter and in doing so teaches us that we all need and can receive a second chance.

Renewed by God: Worship Brings Renewal.  All the other Worship Realities have brought us to this point.  Through worship God is restoring us to our original glory and beauty and function.  

Commissioned by God: Worship Reveals God.  When God’s people worship Him it strikes a chord in the heart of observers that resonates with the unmistakable truth of God.

God takes the lost, the broken and the alienated and turns them into a masterpiece.  No matter where you come from or what you’ve been through, God has a place for you.

Despite all their many differences, God’s people are united together by their common faith and their relationship with Christ

But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it.  God different gifts the each member of the body.  When all these roles are working together the body is healthy, growing and vibrant.

Was Jesus a real person?  Did He really live?  Was He really crucified?  Is it possible He actually rose from the dead?  Is the gospel story fact or fiction?  And if it is true, what are the implications? 

 God  provides us with new life complete with instructions on how that new life is best lived.

Our relationship with God shapes our relationships with everyone else.

The Christian life is not lived in a vacuum which means at times it will not be easy.  There are forces that will challenge and work against our attempts to follow Christ.  Paul closes his letter with some advise on how to stand firm against those forces.
